Plans & billing
How does payment work?
You pay up front for your billing period — weekly, every two weeks, or monthly. UPI Autopay, cards and net banking are all supported. We send a reminder before every renewal, so nothing is ever charged as a surprise.
Is there a lock-in or a minimum term?
No. Cancel whenever you like and nothing renews after your paid period ends. We would rather keep you because the service is good than because leaving is hard.
Can I move to a bigger or smaller plan?
Any time, from your account. The change takes effect from your next billing period and the difference is adjusted automatically.
Can I try it before committing?
Yes — a seven-day trial for ₹499. Seven mornings of delivery, and nothing renews unless you decide to carry on.
Which add-ons come free with my plan?
Both Next-Day Swap and Choose Your Slot are included at no extra cost on the Premium plan. On every other plan you can add either one separately, and you can drop them again whenever you like. Seasonal replacement notices are free on all plans and are not an add-on.
